We have used Mollie and the Nanny Connection for the last 9 years. All of the nannies have been great with our son! They go above and beyond and even help with cleaning up the house or any odd jobs. Everyone has that friend that can solve just about any challenge. That’s Mollie. As two working parents, we are constantly juggling schedules, sometimes last minute. Mollie has always come through with someone fantastic to watch our son, and we have found one-off and longtime sitters who we simply adore. What impresses me is the way Mollie operates her business. She expects more out of her sitters. Every sitter is kind, respectful, leaves the house tidied up and plays with our son instead of being on their phone the whole time. This summer, our full time sitter quit unexpectedly and left us in quite a bind as 2 parents who work demanding full-time jobs.
