We love creating solutions for busy parents to not only enhance the quality of their life, but provide more time together as a family. In short, we make family life a whole lot easier! From full-time, live-in nannies to part-time placements and on-call babysitting and personal assistance, we love being an extra set of hands for busy parents and a positive role model that kids can look up to.
Meet our Founder
Busy Wife, Mom, and CEO, Mollie knows a thing or two about needing an extra set of hands. With three kids only three years apart, managing a growing business and wearing all the hats that us women tend to wear, Mollie is passionate about helping other busy parents create customized solutions that alleviate stress, help their homes operate more efficiently and enhance the quality of their life together as a family.
Originally from Tulsa, Mollie attended Oral Roberts University where she discovered that many of her friends were in need of flexible jobs that allowed them to pursue their education and career first. A connector by nature, Mollie began introducing her friends to families she had nannied for to ensure that the families that she loved so much had quality childcare that they could trust in her absence. The rest is history! Years later, Mollie is still connecting her friends. And now as a Mom herself, Mollie understands firsthand what an impact a nanny can have not only on a child, but on a parent.
Mollie is an active board member at the Little Light House and fills most of her days changing diapers, feeding hungry tummies, and wrangling her small children while connecting people over the phone. And she wouldn’t have it any other way!
