Meet with us
Schedule a time for us to stop by your home to meet you. We started our service helping friends and we like to keep it that way! We’d love to briefly get to know you better so we can make the best match.
Register
Once you’re ready for us to start your search, fill out the registration page. This does not commit you to anything, but enables us to have all of your information in one place. Once your registration form is received, we’ll get your account set up. Our service operates like a membership. There is a one-time registration fee and a monthly membership fee. However, there is no term or contract and your membership can be paused at any time. Nothing is charged until you have been matched with your nanny.
Request a nanny
Once your account is set up, you can start requesting nannies immediately! We’ll share access to our web portal and app so you can easily add all of the information we need to get you taken care of. For permanent placements, your search will start right away, but we usually allow eight-ish weeks to find the right fit. We are always happy to provide temporary care until a permanent person is identified.
The perfect match
We’ll let you know as soon as we have the perfect match for you. You’ll receive the nanny’s contact and bio so you can reach out to her directly with next steps. You’ll pay your nanny directly. We do have a minimum hourly rate and will provide a recommended rate upon completion of registration. We let you set the rate, however, we ask that you take into consideration number of kids, ages, and the responsibilities you are asking the nanny to manage.
